Collector Design Werks only accepts and ship orders within the United States and its territories.
By PLACING AN order, the buyer assumes all responsibilities for complying with federal, State and local laws and also acknowledges that they will only utilize the items for lawful purposes and in the manner for which they’re intended. Collector Design Werks assumes no liability associated with misuse of its products.
Collector Design Werks cannot guarantee parts function when installed by others. To ensure safety and the proper function of any parts, we recommend all parts be installed and inspected by a qualified gunsmith.
Collector Design Werks reserves the right to approve or deny any orderS placed and/or to limit quantities. If your order is modified/canceled we will contact you via the e-mail and/or by phone that was provided when your order was placed.

RETURN POLICY
Warranty
Collector Design Werks guarantees its products against qualty, workmanship and functional defects. If you believe you’ve received a damaged and/or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at info@collectordesignwerks.com and we will resolve it to the best of our abilites.
Collector Design Werks reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if we believe the product in question has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or other operator error(s).
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Collector Design Werks offers a 15 day return period from the date of RECEIPT. return REQUESTs beyond 15 DAYS may be refused by Collector Design Werks at its discretion. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES are not REFUNDED.
TO initiate an return/exchange request, PLEASE SUBMIT A REQUEST HERE and include all relevant information (order no., item in question, any specific issues with the product, etc).
When shipping an item back, PLEASE ENsure that it is packaged well and shipped with a TRACKABLE service. Collector Design Werks CANnot be HELD responsible for any lost/damage to the shipment outside of our control.
